Genesis definitely saved my day & I have no words to thank Mr. Sunny enough. He & his Team were able to successfully troubleshoot, turn on a dead phone & recover all my data, when the authorized service center said, all they can do is replace by sending it to Bangalore.I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for data recovery from their dead apple devices or looking for repairs of their out of warranty apple devices (Phones, MAC books & Other Apple devices)Here is the long story, if you are interested.- I have purchased an iPhone13 for sister in September. She has been using since then. She stored most of her project work related stuff in the phone (blind trust on apple devices). Cloud storage was full & not being synced regularly. All of a sudden the phone stopped working; no display, it was of 70+% charge before stopped working. No physical damage at all.- Tried all the hacks on Google. nothing worked. Went to authorized service center, in a hope that they would have the necessary setup to easily diagnose & recover the data. Turned out am wrong. After inspecting the phone, all Apple authorized center (checked with 2 of them) said was, they don't even attempt to recover the data. They can send the device for repair (sent to Bangalore it seems) give the device is within the 1 year warranty period. They couldn't even basic diagnosis; Looks like the tools they used to do diagnosis, only lets them do it after they have a proper service ticket; after which there is no point of return & the device gets replaced without data.- Essentially I ended up with a choice of1.) Get a new phone / repaired phone from Apple service center for free without data, but still have the warranty for the rest of 10 months.2.) Go to a 3rd party service center , hoping i would get data, loosing all the apple warranty & not even sure if the phone gets repaired & that too all of this with a cost associated.- Given the data is very important for my sister, we ended up choosing 2. From a friends recommendation, I got to know about Genesis. I immediately called up to explain the situation. Mr. Sunny assured it can be recovered in most cases, but he can confirm only after inspecting the phone.- I physically visited the service center & surprised by the setup they have; The service center has a more professional setup than you think for any mobile repair center you see in the padmavati plaza.- They couldn't see the phone taking load, quickly determined some problem with board; confirmed that data can be recovered unless its a problem with NanD (assume its flash memory).- Diagnoised for next 1 hour & determined that the charging IC seems to be faulty & he suggested he would try to bypass that & turn it on for once & once we backup the data, we can close the phone as is & we can try submitting to the apple service center for new phone. At this point in time, he didn't open the phone fully, except the plate on top & diagnoized through what it seemed like a multimeter (I might be wrong).- Unfortunately bypass didn't work & he suggested he will have to do full repair, but now he is confident that the data can recovered (basically phone can be turned on as it is). So that means, I loose the warranty by replacing the charging ckt with some spare.- I am fine with that, given the data is back & the device is working again. I loose warranty, but that's the price to be paid.lesson learnt: Backup important files :)Overall am happy with the outcome & really thankful to Genesis. Got an issue with SSD on A2141, laptop was dead due to that issue, I got it fixed at genesis, issue was explained with great detail in no time, and got it fixed within a day, technicians are very skillful, overall its a good experience in terms of the service.
I had an issue with my MacBook Air M1, which suddenly stopped turning on. When I took it to an Apple service center (conquer technologies), they took 1 week for diagnosis and service with 1500 fee and said that i need to get the logic board replaced and quoted 42k for the same.Thankfully, I found Genesis Apple Services through their excellent reviews and decided to give them a try. Mr. Sunny, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and he managed to repair my device in-front of me within 2 hours. My laptop battery was dead. Never given backup. I gave the laptop to the service here. It is working now. Battery backup is given fine time now. They politely responded and given neat and clean.
I had an issue with my MacBook Pro M1 bezel. It started as a small crack but eventually broke in the middle, as shown in the pictures. I first took it to an Apple service center, where they told me it would take 4-5 days to assess the damage, and the repair quote was quite high. I tried other service centers, but they couldn’t help and gave up on the repair.Thankfully, I found Genesis Apple Services through their excellent google reviews , their youtube channel and decided to give them a try.Mr.Sunny, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable. He and his amazing team quickly assessed the bezel damage and assured me it could be fixed without damaging the display.
