Great service and excellent customer care.I came to the shop this morning to fix my laptop which had died a few weeks ago.It was at another service place for a few weeks without anything being done on it. I asked for it back and decided to look for another place.I looked around on Google and found this place.I called the owner since the shop was closed or opening later than usual and spoke to him about my issue.Despite him being unwell that day he came to the shop and looked at my laptop.Within an hour the laptop was up and running.This for me was just excellent.Almost every other place usually ask for days or even weeks to give you a report on what’s happened.Walking in and getting the laptop fixed within an hour was an awesome experience.Highly recommendedPro tip: try asking this company for a discount on any service in exchange for a review or they should offer some kind of royalty card or something like that

Had to repair an Apple MacBook Air M2 that was not turning on. Apple Service centre quoted an exorbitant price.However, at Genesis they repaired it under 1 hour, but was disappointed by the pricing of a whopping Rs. 16000 (but still way cheaper than what official apple service charges)- I feel I was overcharged. However, they give a 3 month warranty on the service.Overall, I highly recommend the centre for a quick and genuine repair.I will update this post further in case of any future concerns on the repair work they have done, because the price they charged should cover any further issues or concerns.

First I went Apple Store and requested to look at it, they said it will take one month and not sure they can repair it. I looked at google and found this store, I talked to sunny and he assured that if he cannot fix it he will not charge me. He looked and told its water damaged and he fixed it.
